Chuck Thompson,
President.
Chuck leads William Charles Investments by establishing the visions
and goals for the company’s growth. He is responsible for strategic
planning and coordinating the efforts for each of the key real
estate divisions of WCI: Land Development; Residential Development;
and Commercial Development.
Chuck is also the Managing Broker of William Charles Real Estate
Company. WCRE Co. provides real estate transaction services and
property management services for the properties owned and managed by
WCI.
Scott Perian,
Director, Land Development.
Scott manages the evaluation, acquisition, entitlement, design,
bidding, contractor selection, and construction phases for land
development. Scott is an expert in regulatory and approval processes
for zoning, permitting, engineering, and many other phases of
construction. He is instrumental in all stages of land development
from the initial search for land investments to project completion.
Ron Clewer, Director,
Residential Real Estate Development.
Ron manages the evaluation, acquisition,
entitlement, building construction and/or renovation of new and
existing single and multi-family properties. Ron is the asset
manager of WCI properties, which includes managing homeowner and
condominium associations. Ron is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a
Certified Manager of Community Associations.
Bridget French,
Marketing Manager.
Bridget handles the
development and implementation of all marking efforts for William
Charles Investments. She promotes WCI properties and products by
engaging consumers, converting them to customers, and fulfilling
their requirements. Bridget procures, transacts, and negotiates
commercial sales & leases, as well as manages tenant/client space
improvements. She is a licensed real estate agent, and oversees
brokerage compliance and administration..
Julie Grace,
Controller.
Julie is responsible for the
financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting functions at William
Charles Investments. She works with banks and other lenders to
finance acquisitions and development. Julie is a CPA.
Jeffrey Anderson,
Property Manager.
Jeff manages and coordinates operations
and maintenance for WCI commercial, industrial, and residential
properties including strip centers, single and multi-tenant
buildings, home and condo owner associations, just to name a few.
Jeff’s attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
with residents, tenants, and vendors ensures all properties look and
perform their bests. |
