The internship program targets college students obtaining a Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree. Student that are Juniors going into their Senior year are candidates for this program. Once selected, interns will work half of the summer in the estimating department and the other half in project management. Estimating provides the intern with the opportunity to learn how a job is bid. Once the job is awarded, project management will teach interns how the job is completed, through meeting deadlines, working within a budget, as well as the actual work being performed. Many of our internships turn into offers of full-time employment, upon completion of a degree. Once an intern becomes a full-time employee they will spend one full year in the estimating area and then switch to project management if they so choose.
